Easy to use. Pump works very well and generates a vacuum quickly. Having the "corks" separate from the pump is a good design and allows me to be working on more than one bottle of wine at a time.
Excellent if you would like to drink wine but don't usually finish a bottle in one sitting. Easy to use and keeps wine fresh for several days, much better than just recorking the bottle and popping it in your fridge. We use the vaccum and then refrigerate and have enjoyed wine within 5-7 days of original opening and have found the wine still tastes great in that time frame.
The item is helpful when you only drink a small amount and then want to save the rest for later. It works well in removing the air and keeping the wine fresher.
In addition to the vineyard's name, wine is generaly categorized by two different categories: its region, or where it was produced, and the type of grape it's made from. For example, the red wine Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is made with Montepulciano grapes and comes from the Abruzzo region of Italy. Napa Valley Chardonnay is made from Chardonnay grapes and comes from- you guessed it- the Napa Valley region of California.
