Really enjoy my new Baby Q. I'm not sure if I like the "Baby" in the name, because it cooks like a pro!
PRO's: Easy to put together, leaves great grill marks, and small and lightweight.
CON: I do wish it had a non-stick surface. Had some chicken get stuck to it the other night. Next time I'll use some cooking oil or spray before I throw on the chicken.
Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed. My eating habits are getting a lot better thanks to my new Baby Q!
Excellent grill for a small group at home or for travel. Cooks as good as my bigger Weber! Easy to use, lightweight, travels on vacations... Love it so much I bought one for my sister for Christmas.
Easy and quick to use.
Pratical size, heats up in a jiffy, easy to clean and makes great meals anywhere. Great to take to the chalet...
I was very pleased with the prompt service and shipping of the Weber Baby Q Gas Grill.
I will recommend your web site to my friends and family!
Chuck, round, and shank cuts are best for braising, pot roast, and slow-cooking like barbecue. Look for cuts with lots of connective tissue and bone for optimum tenderness.
