In my home I'm the Breakfast guy and when I add waffles to their plates it's a special occasion. Over the years we've owned at least 6 waffle irons. With every purchase I've had great expectations only to be disappointed.<br>Recently while looking at adds in a local news paper I was asked what do you what for a holiday present. I pointed the Classic Waffle Iron.The rest is History. Everyone now gets their own waffles to order.(Crispy,light, dark or moist etc.) It's easy to use, clean and store. Most of all the Waffles taste as good as they look. I highly recommend this waffle iron to any one who wants to please everyone . Great price Too.

This iron is so easy to use and the recovery time is so quick that you don't have to wait all day to have waffles. I definitely would recommend this waffle iron.

We have only used this once, Christmas present 2011.<br>Sprayed wih PAM first time as suggested. Unit made six flawless waffles that were removable with fingers (not reccommended), but they came off the griddle that easily. Beeps quietly when done. Various settings for how crisp you like your waffles.

I like crispy waffles, but not hard and this one delivered. I like the audible signal, but wish it was a bit louder.<br>

My husband loves waffles, but they are an expensive treat out, so I finally broke down and purchased this waffle iron. I can't complain at all since he makes the waffles and I have had Sunday breakfast three weeks in a row. <br><br>This iron makes great waffles. Compared to those we had borrowed from friends, this makes a much more consistent, evenly cooked waffle and I like the two-setting option. The fact that it beeps when the waffle is ready is nice (and it is not an annoying beep), and it takes less than two minutes for each waffle. Clean up is very easy. The only flaw (I believe mentioned by others) is that the cord is not easy to wrap/store, but that is minor. So far, we are very pleased with this purchase.
