These are great! I've had blue ones for years, and use them for everything from soup, gumbo, stews to salads. These are a gorgeous color! My only complaint is that there were "Emile Henry" stickers on the inside of the bowl that took many soakings, 3 trips through the dishwasher, and a lot of elbow grease to get off so we could use them.
