These are great non-stick pans in useful sizes.

I love these pans. I use them for frying anything I can think of. I make omelettes, pancakes, etc. They are easy to clean and really nice to work with. I would recommend them for every household. I have never had better pans to work with. It makes cooking fun.

The 8 and 10 inch set of Calphalon Unison non-stick Omelet Pans are a perfect addition to your cooking arsenal. Omelets cook evenly and adhere to the pan enough for good covereage, but flip perfectly when it's time. No problems with oozing cheese; it simply doesn't stick. Always bare in mind that a frying pan is not an omelet pan. You need soft slopes on the sides to be able to manoever the egg around for flipping and these pans are well designed just for that purpose. Great for a quick sauté as well.

Over the last decade I have had the fortune to buy three Calphalon 7" skillets. In spite of my careful inspection of the images of them at the online site, each one of them is different from the others. The two most recently purchased are somewhat less esthetic than the older model. It seems to me that you are engineering in changes to your product that reduce your cost but do not necessarily benefit your customers. You may have better reasons but if so, it would be nice for you to let the consumer in on them. Finally, we own several other Calphalon products but are hesitant to buy more because of the erratic nature of what we are buying.

I already owned this set. My daughter used one of my pans, An said I love this pan, I want a set. The timing was perfect because it was right around her birthday. So I ordered a set for her. Great skillets for a great price.

Easy to clean. Excellent non-stick surface. Good heat retention and even temperature across skillet.

I love these pans. I usually prefer pans with lids but, I had lids from a previous set that fit. If I had to mention a weakness, I would mention that food sometimes sticks to the rivets inside the pans. However, this is such a minor problem that it would not keep me from buying this set again. I truly enjoy this set.

The pans are heavier than I would have liked.My last Calaphone was lighter and easier to handle. On the plus side it seems to cook foods evenly and I like it ok. It looks just like the ones that you had on sale for less. I think maybe I didn't get as good a deal as I thought.

Have only had these items 2 weeks so it's a little early to give a detailed evaluation. Comments after several months of use would be more aaccurate. So far, so good though. Easy to work with and I enjoy the longer handles as they allow for easy broiling.

My wife accidentally ruined our 10" pan so I decided to replace it. Found an offer which made it cheaper to buy the set of pans than it would've if I bought the pan by itself so it was a great deal. Love these pans!

THE PRODUCT IS TERRIFIC. THE ONLY COMPLAINT THAT I HAVE WAS THE MANNER IN WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS BOXED. THE PANS WERE FORCED INTO THE SHIPPING BOX. THE BOX BROKE WHEN DELIVERED. THIS WAS A GIFT AND WAS USING THE SHIPPING BOX TO GIFTWRAP. I TRIED TO FIX THE BOX TO NO AVAIL. BUT THE PRODUCT WAS TRUE CALPHALON - PERFECTLY FINE.

Overall heat transfer is excellent and no issues with sticking....

Be careful to use only non metal spatulas, but these pans are pretty good...

We purchased these to replace a Teflon coated All-Clad 12 inch. I prefer the surface of these to the Teflon, and they cook quite evenly. Great little skillets. My only complaint is even 8 and 10 inches are not significant enough difference in size... it would have been better with an 8 inch and 12 inch.

The two items received are almost the last ones I wanted to complete my cookware needs. I have the Calaphon grill skillet and use it frequently; however I needed a smooth interior for some foods, and, also, wanted to be able to finish the cooking process in the oven. Both sizes are perfect for my newly found desire to prepare healthy meals every day without sacrificing flavor. Calaphon is an excellent brand which lives up to it's billing.
