Unison Nonstick Sauce Pan (2-qt.) by Calphalon

I purchased this saucepan, however, when it arrived I returned it and opted to buy a completely different saucepan. I'm sure it would've done a good job but it's way too small and I didn't like the design of the pan. The sides go in and it's too tall for it's overall size. Also it's way overpriced for what you get. I would not recommend this pan with the other choices that are available on the market. I went with Berndes and I love it for fifty bucks less and half a size larger.

The pan handle stays cool during cooking but the lid handle gets too hot to take off, I wish they had put a bit of silicone on the lid handle. Food doesn't stick and it cleans up well in the dishwasher. The lids are a pain to store as they don't stack very well. If you have a 3qt, 2qt and 1qt the pans all sit inside each other but the lids are a pain as they take up so much cupboard space.

I recently purchased several skillets, sauce pans, and a dutch oven in this product line and I love them! I use it every day and for almost every meal. My family loves oatmeal, soups, veggies, rice and this pan cooks them all perfectly! The claims that nothing sticks are true. You cannot imagine how easy it is to clean it, no scrubbing! I'm known for burning things or cooking things that almost always stick to the bottom of most pans but this one has always come clean either with a rubber cake spatula or by wiping it out with a damp paper towel. It is terrific and worth every penny. I was lucky and was able to buy it at a special reduced price and now I want to buy it in of all other other sizes.

This is a great pan for everything. Also love the shape of these pans.

Love this cookware. Cleans easily without effort. However, it is not easily affordable.
