this is a very nice pan that is a nice size and height - exactly what I was looking for. a little heavy though

I have looked at Griddles and Grill pans but this set was the best buy I have found. The griddle was perfect for 4 small pancakes and they cooked evenly.

I'm cooking very clean and this product does everything it promises!! I use ZERO oil and my food comes out deliciously fresh!! It sears in the flavor, I absolutely love it. If I could change anything, I wish it came with a lid. Other than that, it would have gotten five stars. Thank you and I love it!!

My husband has looked everywhere for a 12" frying pan with straight up and down sides. All the pans we have found in various stores all have sloped sides. You can't get as much food in them. We love this pan and use it almost everyday for every kind of dish we're cooking.

I was so excited to see that Cooking.com had the two-piece set on sale. I had been looking for a good-quality grill pan, and when I could add the griddle for the same price? Sweet. I have used them many times already, and I love them - easy to use, easy to clean.

I cook on a glass top stove and love the flat griddle. It does, however, warp slightly when heated. The warping returns to flat when cooled - but I still like it as I can cook more pancakes at one time. Cleans easily!

The pots and pans are the best and the price was very reasonable. See for yourself, you won't be sorry.

This has to be the very best Grill Pan I have ever used or Owned. Super easy clean up, excellent grill marks on meat and almost all the grease drains away from the food while cooking. I highly recommend this product.

Pans that are non stick and dishwasher safe have only used then a week but they work as stated . Joy cooking again. Replaced my T-Fal set with these.

It was nice to purchase two wonderful skillets for a very reasonable price. I enjoy the grill pan as I have never used one before. It grills meat wonderfully without sticking. The skillet is large and easy to handle however I did not realize the sides of the pan would be so shallow. Nevertheless, I have found many uses for the skillet when I don't have to prepare too much food at one time. Very pleased with this duo of skillets.

I love this, I use it not only for pancakes or french toast but for omelets as well. I live how evenly it cooks and how easy it is to clean. A bit expensive but I am glad I purchased it.

Calphalon does not disappoint with these two pans. I love the griddle for not only crepes but it crisps up my quesadillas really well. The Grill pan is perfect for a panini or for veggies. Love them both!

This grill is awesome, I just can't get enough of it.

Love the size and the lower sides allows easy access to the food with a spatula. Even heat with no hot spots and cleans easily. Would highly recommend!

This is the healthy grill of my dreams:) I was thrilled when my catfish slid off the pan. I almost asked the fish man to remove the skin from my salmon the next day, but couldn't get his attention. To my delight, I cooked the fish, and it slid off the pan too! I had forgotten I was using my new cookware and was putting it to the test, and when it worked, I squealed with delight. No more scraping fish scales off my healthy grill. Thank you, Calphalon!

I've had Calphalon pots and pans for over 30 years but have bought all new ones since this Unison stuff came out. I love them.
