Unison Nonstick Grill Pan (12-in.) by Calphalon

I've always wanted a grill pan so my meats wouldn't have to sit in grease while they cook. This cooks evenly and drains fat as I expected it to. Clean up is a breeze - -I have to constantly warn my husband not to scrub if he's helping with the dishes because he's so used to reaching for the steel wool to do the fry pans.

This pan does what it is made for. Grill marks. Cooks evenly. Cleans up with minimal effort. I have a enamel coated heavy cast iron pan that I will not use any more, because this one is better.

I like things that are made here in the us and these pans are great to cook with and look great hanging on the wall with the rest of the pans

This pan is a great option for those times when cooking on the grill is not an option. The bonus, you can throw them in the oven to finish off cooking. Also, clean-up is breeze. We'll never cook with anything else again.

I really like my calphalon 12-in nonstick grill pan. I can now cook all the chicken cutlets I want in this pan with eaze. The pan is very easy to clean up after also.

Although my husband typically grills outdoors, there are times when he's not available, or it's just easier to complete inside. I always cringed when I would haul out my cast iron grill pan; excellent performance, but what a cleanup nightmare. I've tried my new nonstick pan several times and am astounded by the ease of cleaning and am quite pleased with the grilling results. It's not 100% equal to an actual grill or cast iron, but close enough for my satisfaction.

I love this grill pan, the size is perfect for a lot of burgers or a couple of steaks.

I am so happy with this pan. It's easy to clean, and that makes me very happy. My food tastes and looks grilled. Not only that, but I am able to fit a lot in that pan. Love It!!! I am thinking about getting the two burner and the other nonstick round griddles.

I am ashamed to admit I own a George Foreman... make that used to own! I am in heaven with my grill pan. From the stove top to the oven and finished beautiful thick pork loin chops... Other than maybe my Unison Wok this is now my favorite pan

I love this pan soooo much that i grill almost everyday. Now I don't have to wait for my husband to cook anything grilled coz this pan does a great job. Love the grill marks it leaves on the meat. Cooked burges,steaks, i even put some asparagus and they all came out perfectly. Its sooo eay to clean and just love love love calphalon this is a great investment so buy it!!!!

I am very impressed with this brand. It was the first purchase for me. The clean-up was awesome. Just grilled and soaked in water. Then into the dishwasher. Bam, it was like new. Fits 4 chicken breasts nicely. I will be purchasing more sizes.

The only thing that would make this pan better would be to have a lid that would fit inside the pan and lay on top of the food. Somewhat like the panini pan that I use at least 3 times per week.

Thanks to a reward bonus from work I received a gift certificate and choose cooking.com. I have several pieces of Calphalon and love the way they perform so looked to add to my collection. When I saw the grill pan and the price I was amazed and thought I would give it a try. The reviews were positive so I ordered and was not disappointed. My first use was for something simple like sliders. Like promised I got the grill marks and none of the burgers stuck. Clean up was a snap. This will become my daily use pan and replace my old 12" Calphalon which I have basically used the life out of. Thanks for such a great piece at such a great value!

I had another Calphalon pan that I didn't like as well (it was considerable larger and just didn't really work for me). Perfect size.

I have two of the unison pans. I also have a full set of all-clad non stick. There is no comparison. The Unison pans not only are easy to use the ability to put in dishwasher has made clean up a snap. The only thing is they clean so easily that I have only put them in the dishwasher once in many uses.
