Nice alternative for grilling inside. Keeps the fats off of the meats. Recommend this one!

Love It

This pan gives perfect grill marks on steaks sausages, chops, chicken breasts, and vegetables. It's good for cooking mussels, too. All this without firing up the barbeque! (Especially nice on days when there are 8" of snow on the ground!) I have only had one issue with the pan, and that is marinade/sauce. While the steaks or whatever cooks perfectly, excess marianade/sauce will flow down into the grooves and char over. Unfortunately, it can get on the meat. Combat this by blotting off the marinade/sauce (with paper towels) of whatever before is to go on the grill. Compared to the other Unison products, it is lightweight because the sides of the pan are shallow. This pan has a specific purpose, and it does that well.

The cephelon nonstick grill pan is an excellent choice for cooks who would like to limit the fat used in food preparation and have an easy clean-up. It extends the range of meals possible and provides a good grill-like sear for foods.

I'm a loyal Calphalon user and am most satisfied with this grill pan.

So far it has worked really well. Transfer heat very good.

The grill pan is very well made but not too heavy.
I love that it has sides so the food does not easily slide out. Making fish is a snap and grilling burgers instead of frying is great. They even have the grill marks !
Have grilled chicken breast too and they were very tender and carmelized on the outside. This pan is great and is very easy to clean.

I've only used this pan a few times but I love it. It has lots of room and grills great. It's alittle heavier to handle but still quite managable for this senior citizen.

So far i love it, but i've only used it twice so i didn't give it a 5. It seems to get clean in the dishwasher and it cooks very evenly which is wonderful when grilling fish.

As soon as I got it I used it. Clean up is fast and no hassel. I will be getting two more for my girls.

Have only used a few times but very pleased so far. Allows you to get the look of grilling with no stick convenience. Heats quickly, easy to clean.

I watched a video online about this pan, and like the design, especially for the attractive grilling marks left on the meat, the channels for grease and oil. The heft of the pan in the hands is good. I haven't used it yet, so can't speak to that experience.

Performs as advertised. Clean up is a cinch.

I'm cooking very clean and this product does everything it promises!! I use ZERO oil and my food comes out deliciously fresh!! It sears in the flavor, I absolutely love it. If I could change anything, I wish it came with a lid. Other than that, it would have gotten five stars. Thank you and I love it!!

Does a really nice job on steaks, but the ridges are a bit difficult to clean. May have to use a bit of coating before searing.

I HAVEN'T CLEANED IT IN THE DISWASHER YET, BUT THE PAN IS EVERYTHING THAT IT IS CLAIMED TO BE.THE HEAT IS CONDUCTED EVENLY, CLEANS EASILY. LOVE IT.

Great grill pan with a nonstick surface as an added bonus!
