Unison Nonstick Grill Pan (12-in.) by Calphalon

This grill pan is absolutely a miracle. I use it for everything from sandwiches to steaks to cooking bacon. The clean up is as a snap and I know when I pull it out to use it, it will never let me down.

Very usable grill pan. I especially like that the round pan captures all of the heat as the heat source is also round. It wil be used almost daily.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PAN USE IT EVERY OTHER DAY.

i used the pan the first day i recieved it. icooked some t-bones and they were as good as if i took the time and mess of starting the outside grill. i would recommend this pan to everyone. thank you deb fox

I trust Calphalon and felt it would be a good buy. I have been very impressed with this pan. We use cast iron for our burgers when we can't grill due to weather. This pan far surpasses the cast iron we have been using. It's light weight, the excess fat stays in the pan not in the meat and it cleans like a dream. It is dishwasher safe but it takes so little effort to clean by hand, I save the space in the dishwasher for harder to clean items. I LOVE this pan!!

This is a great alternative to using an outdoor grill. The pan heats quickly & evenly and leaves those great grill marks. Cleaning up is a breesze!!

I have used my new grill pan twice already and LOVE it!! Cooks so great. I have already told my son to order one right away! Would highly recommend to anyone as well as recommending food network in general. I am happy with both orders I have recently made.

At the sale price, I thought this product a nice purchase, however at list price, I would not have purchased this item or referred it to others.

Easy to clean. Keeps juice in the grilling on top of the stove. Wonderful!

I tried my nonstick grill pan for the first time tonight, cooking a sirloin strip steak. It tasted just like it was cooked on the gas grill. This is great since I live in Erie, PA, and usually don't get to have a steak until late spring. Pat Trapani

The pan is of high quality as one would expect from the brand. Getting it on sale made it even more attractive. The initial "curing" with the vegetable oil was simple enough. Cooking steaks inside during the northeast winter is a delight and cleaning the pan after use is a snap.

Love it! Easy to clean, and lightweight. I own a large selection of cast iron (including a grill pan) but it was impossible to clean in the grooves. This is a snap. Would recommend it to everyone!!

This pan is great! Easy to get a great grilled steak, and so easy to clean.

I wanted to cook a whole fish in the pan. It didn't make deep grill marks like I thought it would. It was substantial to make 4 servings and it seems to clean well. It's heavy so use two hands. Make sure you wash the pan first and oil the pan before using it.
