The blades are of exceptional quality. The handles, while plastic, are comfortable and allow a good grip on the knife. This is a fine (and fun) addition to the basic kitchen cutlery collection.

These knives are FABULOUS! And guess what? The handles float in hot soapy water so you're not groping under water for a sharp knife you want to wash. How have I lived this long without them?
