I have severe arthritis in my hands....this knife is so comfortable and so sharp that it is easy for me to use!!
My recent purchase of a Henkles paring knife was for my daughter because I have had mine for years and think it is great. My husband and I are adding to our daughters's knife sets so that they will have well equipped kitchens.
Love this knife. Cuts beautifully and is well balanced. When I am ready to buy new knives, I will buy more of this brand. The sale price made it a great bargain.
Over 30 years ago, I bought this same model knife. I paid more for it then than I paid this time. I used the knife continously until about 6 months ago when the knife was lost. If the knife had not been lost, I would still be using it. This is a terrific product.
This one of the best knives I own. It feels good in the hand and is great for all uses.
