    Nice shape fry pan

    The wok shape is nice and deep in this fry pan. It does not cook like a wok because the 3 ply does not react quickly to temperature change like a thin wok. Very even heat distribution. Calphalon customer service is excelent.

    I really enjoy cook with this pan. However, when I got this pan, I found some bending inside the lid. It's not that serious to use. But lid is never located center of the pan. Product manual said that there may be a small incompleted finishing.. So I'm not sure this kind of thing is included to the category they are already noticed out. But in this case, that's still annoying when I cover this pan with lid. I already have 13 pieces tri-ply set. So I chose this pan too. At this time, a little bit disapointed..

    Very good pan - the lid is especially beneficial. Would like another sitr fry pan with smaller dimensions.
