The features I like best about this Dutch oven are that it responds quickly to reductions in temperature; it is easy to keep things from boiling over I assume because of the fully clad construction. It cleans up easily, and reduction of liquids is fast because the oven is wide for it's height. I make a lot of stews so I like this feature in particular.
