They are perfect. They are thin enough to get under fried eggs easily. AT first I thought I'd have a problem with things sagging throught the spaces, but not at all. I enjoy using the smaller one. Definately recommend.

The only change I would make is to make the bottom edge thinner. Other than that, I love these!!!

Love em! What can I say about a spatula? They turn things just great.I like the design, it makes the turner easier to use in smaller skillets. Also, the slots help drain off any excess fat, gravy, or sauce.

To date I have purchased 6 or more of Rachael Ray's preferred cookware, cutlery and tools and I have to say they are all by far the best in weight, performance and comfort in the hand that I have experienced.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Reserve some of the cooking water that's left over when you make pasta. Its starchiness is great for helping to bind your sauces.
