    I like this whisk because it doesn't matter what size bowl you are using, the whisk conforms to the amount of space available. Unlike most balloon whisks, you have to use a larger bowl to get the ingredients fully incorporated. With this whisk, you can use a smaller bowl and it does the job.

    I have a strange attraction to whisks, so I love to shop for them. When I saw this whisk, not only did I have to order it for it's clever and sleek design, but for the name alone! Rachael Ray has a great sense of humor and she knows what everyday cooks want in their kitchen utensils. Some great details about this whisk is that it's easy to clean and the eggs do not get stuck in between the wires. Also, it bends into a flat circle and it makes whisking easier and faster. My scrambled egss come out fluffy as if I put in milk, but I didn't!
