I really enjoy this healthy cookbook.
This is a lovely book with pictures of some of the recipes and they are delicious. The recipes have all the nutritional values listed so if you are on a special diet, it is not a problem. It is very convenient to use the table of contents or the index.
I have always enjoyed watching Ellie. Now having the recipe book to make healthier meals for my family is amazing. I'm challenged in the kitchen but the recipes are easy to follow and really delicious.
I purchased one book for myself and one for my sister. I'm cooking my way through it and enjoying every minute of it! The recipes consist of staples I already have in my pantry. I'm just using them in a healthier way! Fabulous, Fun and Fantastic!!
