I was actually looking for a good instruction book of canning/freezing..this was not what i needed.
Excellent book, I'll use this over and over again; I also purchased a book for my sister and she call's it the Holy Grail book for canning. We're both very delighted with this book.
I'm just starting out, learning to can, freeze and dehydrate, but I didn't want to make a huge project of it all at once. This is a terific book for doing a little or a lot at one time. The recipes are delicious! Everything is easy to follow.
