When I received the book I could not believe how small the book was. I don't know if the dimensions were in the description but if I had seen them I would not have gotten the book. It's as small as a chidren's book and the shipping charge was more than the book itself. I have not tried any of the recipes yet.

Surprisingly good recipes - amount of recipes

Excellent recipes and the amount of recipes in the book was surprising! There is very good ideas from basic recipes to things I would never of thought of. I am going to have lots of new marinades and dressings to play with. My family will be happy with new flavors and ideas I have gotten from this book! Very excellent value.
