I guess it's an ok book but...

I guess what I was looking for when I bought this book was a book on how to make good barbeque sauce. I just thought those who enjoy cooking would prefer to make their own. You know finding a good barbeque sauce is as easy as going to the store and picking up a few and trying them. You don't really have to buy a book on them. I did finally find a good book on sauces but the best sauce is still a creation I learned from a good friend of mine. It's not even from scratch, it's just a modification of regular Kraft or KC masterpiece original flavor sauce. If you'd like a recipe let me know maybe we could trade some.

Excellent recipes - amount of recipies given

Excellent recipes and the amount of recipes in the book was surprising! There is very good ideas from basic recipes to things I would never of thought of. I am going to have lots of new sauces and dressings to play with. My family will be happy with new flavors and ideas I have gotten from this book! Very excellent value.
