After my first purchase of the Tatnall Street 16-pc Bluebell set, I decided I liked it so much I had to buy four more dinner plates. We use it every day, in the microwave, in the dishwasher - it is fabulous!

When I ordered this set, I ordered two sets and an extra set of 4 plates for when more people show up that we're not expected. When they arrived, two of the plates were broken and I was upset because I thought I would have problems getting these replaced. To my surprise when I called the shipper the lady that answered was so nice and told me the plates would be replaced and they would arrive in a few days. True to her word they arrived on the date she had stated and were beautiful. Thank You So Much For Your Help! I plan to add more to my set soon. C B Winters
