Although the block is solid and of nice material, the box did not contain the needed screws (states on info they were included) to be able to install it under the cabinet.

I believe it will be a very nice addition to my kitchen once I can find the appropriate screws to install it.

Someone needs to do a better job at quality control in the packing.

This is one of best items I have purchased for my kitchen. Knives are convenient, out of the way and it was very easy to install and is very sturdy considering the block is very heavy, but it has a great mechanism for the turning.

Would recommend this to anyone.

I love this knife block. It fits perfectly under the counter, is easy to install and allows me to get rid of those bulky knife blocks that take up so much counter space.
