broke in half!!!!

First time I used it to cook in the oven it split right in half while cooking. Fat from the meat dripped all over my oven. Needless to say I was not happy. The good news was that Cooking.com immediately sent me a new one and apologized. Told me if it happens again they will contact Le Creuset. Haven't received it yet but am hopeful it was a one time incident.

Arrived broken twice

This item was shipped to me on two occasions. The first time, a full short side of the disk broke off. The second time, a corner broke off.

I mentioned this to a neighbor who frequently cooks, and she suspects something may be wrong with their QC. When looking up this item on another vendor's site, there were also problems of the disk breaking in less than a year despite being used within acceptable temperatures.

Disappointed in the color I bought

I was really dispappointed in the color caribbean. Is more green than light blue. I had to send it back and spent alot on shipping costs. I think if you are going to show something and its not what they expected you should not have to pay for return shipping. I will not buy again with the price of return shipping.

I really enjoy using the Le Creuset products and this seemed like a real bargain. I like the color match to my Dutch oven and appreciate the easy cleaning aspect. I would be delighted to see a similar product in a slightly larger rectangle, but mostly with higher sides to accommodate lasagna and other stacked casseroles.
