Nice and deep for no spill overs. Easy to clean. The handles make it easy to take in and out of the oven. Seems fragile, but holds up to cooking and cleaning.

A little pricey and the shipping was high. Everyone else was offering free shipping but not foodnetwork.

First I made a casserole in this everyone at the party wanted to know where I got it. I have also used is for breakfast casserole, chicken enchiladas, and a vegetable casserole. It is heavy but I like that. It is beautiful on the table and it is easy to handle from the oven.

    Lasagna lover big time!

Arrived way faster then shipping date quoted and this was during christmas rush-very impressed. Was perfect out of the box and loved the color. Very rich color finish, no imperfections in color or stoneware. Is Deep enough to make large lasagna and so much more. Great for all casseroles I cook. I had other stoneware 9 X 13 baker and my granddaughter accidently broke it. I replaced it with this one and am very glad I did not go back to that supplier (pamp chef) to replace it. This one beats that product x100 percent. This cleans up easily and nice to cook in. Great value for price. I priced several other stoneware lines for same type as this. Most were not entirely glazed in the cooking area and were alot more pricy then this one. Buy it, you will love it. Handles are really great for moving and serving from dish. Absoutly love it.

I think the Lasagna Lover pan is great for large dishes. I like that the sides are higher so nothing boils over when baking.

    Blue Lasagna Lover

I absolutely love this pan. I ordered it close to Christmas and although Christmas delivery wasn't guaranteed, it came a few days before, so I was able to try it out before the holiday. I made lasagna roll-ups in it and it held a double layer of them and there was still room. Christmas day, I made a roast, and was able to put in potatoes and onions comfortably around the roast. It's an excellent pan, cleans nicely, although if food is baked on, it will have to be soaked. The pan stays hot for awhile, so the food stays hot for a long time. You will not be disappionted in this pan.

Lasagne comes out looking good in this pan, no sticking problems, clean up is easy. Handles feel delicate, also be conscious of thermal shock possibility with this ceramic pan. Instructions point this out in detail, so with proper care pan should last a long time.

    Rachel Rocks!!!

This is not my first piece of Rachel Ray stoneware. I have several different sets in different colors. No matter what size I use, the food always turns out evenly cooked and the clean up is so easy. The best part is having the handles on them, so it is easier for me to lift out of the oven.

I love this and the other Rachael Ray cookware I have!! My hands are disabled, and the handles are "just what the doctor ordered." They make it so much easier to carry the cookware to and from the oven!! I'm going to use this for my Thanksgiving dinner.

I like how the pan is deeper than a cake pan that I had been using for my lasagna. No more spilling over in the oven. I have many uses for this pan and I get many compliments on it when I take it to gatherigs.

Wish the bottom was glazed & non-scratch.
    by Tami, NY
    May 11, 2010

Love the pan and making lasagna for the family tonight but would have preferred that the bottom was glazed too. We have to be careful that it doesn't scratch the counter tops and stove top, etc. and I like to use it as a fruit bowl and display dish and that would be easier if you didn't need to worry about damaging something else. Maybe this choice was made for better heat distribution, but all my other glazed, metal, or glass pans bake and heat up fine. I love the looks of the Bubble and Bake set too, but I wouldn't want the same kind of earthenware bottom. Otherwise, I love Rachel's items but you need to offer little better sales and specials.
