    These utensils are nice and sturdy, seems like they will last a long time. The only thing I didn't like was they said one of the turners was a Small Turner, when in fact it is the same size as the Large Turner. So they are both large turners. But the set is beautiful and heavy. Great quality.

    After buying a 13 piece Calphalon set, I ordered the Calphalon utensil set.<br>The bucket is heavy and large enough to hold a lot more than the utensils that came in the set. A plus when you need room to store the many utensils we all accumulate over time. The wide turner is really good for flipping eggs.

    A general rule with supermarket shopping is that the more a piece of meat has been fussed with, the more expensive it will be- that's why boneless, skinless chicken breasts are so much more expensive than if you just bought a whole chicken. Save money and buy a whole chicken, then cut up into individual pieces. Freeze what you won't use immediately, then use to carcass to make homemade chicken stock.
