    This is the perfect size for what I needed. I make a lot of homemade stock and soups and this is perfect for skimming out solids.

    Bought 4 of these for gifts for my sibs. I have had mine for 5 years and love it! We use it for our annual Ravioli making and thoughout the year for soups and such. Have never been able to find another one like it in stores.
