The lids fit well... but the I had hoped they would hide finger prints and they do not. Overall I am pleased with the look.

These do look fine for visible counter storage. Better priced than other SS brands. And, the oval shape offers some space efficiency. However, also unwise idea of riveting a useless brand tag, especially at the bottom of the canister. The rivets internally are near the bottom, and a cleaning annoyance. Would have preferred a SS top, not glass. Main problem is the whole series is smaller than desired. Drop the smallest one, and add one larger than in this group.

Really like these canisters, their style, seal and shape. Excellent quality for the price. Just wish the two biggest were a little bigger to accommodate a 5 lb. bag of sugar and flour.
