I recieved my first set of these as a wedding gift almost ten years ago. They are still my favorite knives to do any precision cutting. They are very stylish as well, and look great with modern or traditional silverware. I am doing more entertaining now and need another set. My orginal set is still like new despite daily use. The price at this site was the best I found.

very good, reasonably priced steak knives

These are very good knives that cut through meat easily. However, the handles show fingerprints easily because of the shiny finish. Another minor drawback is hand washing is recommended.

They are fantastic....They really do cut steak like it was butter.Saw the reviews and figured I would try them..Very impressed,fit great in your hand..But would not expect any thing less from Henckles..
