If you have not had the chance to actually use this cookware all I can say is good value for the price, beautiful to look at, and easy to care for!

I LOVE this pan!!!! Love the heft...love the width and depth...love the handle...love the pour spout on the pan and the holes in the lid for pouring!!!

It's hard to believe that cookware can make such a difference in cooking! WOW

I have several other pieces of Emeril Ware by All-Clad, stainless steel and stainless with copper. The shallow sauce and saute pan is good quality and well made, it just isn't as heavy and as well made as the several other pieces of Emeril All-Clad that I have. The lid in particular is not as stout as any of the previous lids and does not fit as well, it's just loose and "sloppy". I was a bit disappointed.

Love it! The wide, low pan is excellent for cooking most anything. The pouring spout and straining lid help prevent those messy pouring spills.
