Like another reviewer, I was surprised that the quality of this product is not up to the standards of earlier versions of Emeril's SS line. Clearly sacrifices were made to accomodate the draining lid and pourable lip. Good value for the price? The answer is neither yes or no.

A perfect size for making jam and homemade pasta sauce. Like the design too.
Had to buy it to augment my existing pot and pan set.

It's hard to believe that cookware can make such a difference in cooking! WOW
