I love my new casserole pan. Yes, it's very pricey, but it's wonderful. I have never been disappointed with All-Clad's quality, and am not disappointed now.

The only thing you must remember is if you put this in the oven with the cover on, beware, the top knob gets extremely hot AND it retains the heat for a long time. So you may want to keep that in mind when you think the cover has cooled down. Yes, the cover maybe cool, but NOT the knob.
