Staub is usually a great product, so when it's on sale, it's a wonderful bargain....the only negative about this particular pan is its weight...very heavy. Otherwise, it cooks perfectly!

I love this grill pan. I have a grill "plate" but it is not very deep and it would splatter all over the stove when I grilled on it. This pan is deep enough to prevent that and cleans up easily. It also heats up rapidly and evenly. The only negative on it is the weight. It is very heavy.
