Perfect fit on the burner, heats evenly, joy to season and clean, even first pancakes are great. Solidly built and should last a very long time. And handle stays cool. Just heavy enough--feels solid yet the aluminum body doesn't weigh so much it's difficult to handle easily.

It was a gift, but it looked to be what I wanted.

This griddle is exceptionally well made and a great value. It fits perfectly on our glass stove top, the handle was cool to the touch, and overall well constructed. The generous surface easily accommodates 4 - 6 slices of French toast, cooks evenly, and is easy clean-up. Performs like high end cookware, but for a fraction of the cost.

Outstanding, high quality griddle; though I'd expect nothing less from All-Clad. The griddle size is perfect for four pancakes, eggs, etc. Should have gotten one years ago!

What can you say about all-clad except that it is simply the best cookware around. It is well made, well priced and will last a life time!

Most of the pans I own are All-Clad because they are the best and this one is no exception. I like that it is a square, as it fits 4 pcs of French toast nicely. It's also good for 6 or 7 slices of bacon at one time. Why anyone makes a round griddle pan has always confused me...

I haven't used it much yet but the little I have, it cleans up well and seems to cook evenly. I was fortunate to get it on sale so it was an excellent buy. Very well made.

I bought this pan to replace my old teflon. I love the easy cooking on it and even the easier clean up. I have sereval All-Clad pans and choosing this one was easy. It wasn't too pricey but I knew I wanted it and I needed it. Is there anything else to say?

I purchased this griddle to replace a much oler version and I love it. Great product for a great price.

Our frying pans don't cook four pancakes at a time well. This griddle is perfect, and they don't stick at all. It's also great for grilled cheese and other hot sandwiches and heats evenly over medium heat (tends to overcook in the middle if you turn up the heat too high). Not so great for eggs, I ended up chasing them all over the pan to flip them over. I'd stick to a pan with sides for those. Also, I bought this at half-price, so it's a good value for the price I paid. I wouldn't have paid full price for it, I'd have just kept on making two pancakes at a time.

This is a wonderful skillet/griddle. It has a nice finish, it is easy to clean, and it
is made well. I have had trouble with other pans warping and this pan takes the
heat well..

I love this griddle. I had a cheap round one before and it wasn't large enough to make four pancakes at a time. It also didn't wear well. This one is perfect. I can make atleast four pancakes, and it makes perfect gridled cheese sandwiches. It still looks brand new too.

I love this pan! It cooks evenly and is consistent in its performance each time. I've bought this for friends and family too and they are equally impressed. Keep up the quality!

This pan almost never leaves my stove top.

My first griddle is fine after 6 years and many of pancakes and potato latkes.. Since I saw this one on sale I snatched it up and sent my original one off to my son in college. If you take proper care of these pans they will last a very long time !.
