<br>I have used the panini pan and it was quite satisfactory. The press is very heavy and does a good job.

Once you learn the trick to making the pefect panini sandwich, this pan is slick. I have a flat top stove. I preheat the press and pan on medium and cook the sandwich on medium. Clean up is a snap also.

Just use yoyr imagination and you will see the many uses for this pan.... We love it.

I have only had my Panini Pan for a few weeks. I really love the fact that not only is it great for Panini's, but is teriffic with bonless, skinless chicken breasts. I is becoming my favorite pan.

Takes a little practice, but works great. Presses the sandwich and creates grill marks on both sides. Will do 2 good-sized sandwiches at once. Clean up is a breeze.
