    I bought this pan specifically for making ghee. It is nice and heavy, and it heats evenly on my ceramic cooktop. I find myself using it for many other things, and it's becoming my favorite pan.

    I didn't realize how light this is...I have a small skillet from Farber and they both have the same problem--the handle gets HOT! But if you remember that, it will work for you.

    I recieved this fantastic nonstick pouring spot pan only 3 days after i ordered it! I Ipened the box and was shocked to see the pan inside! I could tell immediately it was going to be great to cook with. I used it to cook dinner that evening and nothing stuck to it at all! When i washed it, it was almost effortless! Nothing stuck to the sides or bottom. I would recommend this pan to anyone! It makes it so easy to cook with you will use it everyday!!!

    Doesn't Tip Over!

    I already have the All-Clad 1 qt. saucier pan, but due to it's too heavy handle it tips over easily. This Farberware saucier has a light weight but sturdy handle that works well with the size of the pan. Good product, great price!!!
