I've loved my AllClad for so long and wanted these but never been able to find them in stock anywhere. When they popped up on the Epicurious Shop it was a no brainer. Clean up is a synch since they go straight n the dish washer. I order two sets

I am a retired construction worker who has discovered the joy of cooking.I worked with stainless steel for many years and can see the quality and craftsmanship in these dishes. My pet peeve is that they do not have a volume stamped on the bottom.For a new cook this is a big help. My wife loves to see me at the stove.I will be looking for more ALL CLAD in the future Gordon Kerr

Of course I'll buy 2 more sets. Using these baking dishes as individual duck confit cassolet is great as well as side dishes. It makes a great presentations for dishes. Even when I'm lazy, I like putting leftovers in this.
