I first bought Calphalon pans because they were the only ones I could find made in USA! I am so glad that I got aquainted with the Calphalon, because I truly LOVE them. I bought a complete set in the beginning, and then I needed a couple more pans. I hope they never quit making them in the USA!

Great pot

I bought the same pot under a different name in a set (Kitchen Essentials) and ran it through the dishwasher, which pretty much ruined it. I absolutely LOVED it though and was pleased to find they still make it. The plastic handles rock, the see through lid is great, and it's a seriously heavy duty pot that nothing sticks to.

IMO a best buy for the money

This is a great little all around sauce pan. Because of its construction it cooks as well as a lot of the high dollar pans that I own. Plus it's a snap to clean. IMO, it's a best buy for the money.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

Because of their concentrated tomato flavor, sun-dried tomatoes are excellent for quick-cook sauces. Buy the kind that are oil-packed in jars for the best taste.
