Simply Calphalon Stainless Steel Omelette Pan Set (2-pc.) by Calphalon

I wish I had purchased non stick, because no matter how hot or cold the pan, or the amount of oil used, the eggs stick to the bottom.

I have loved every other piece of Calphalon I've owned, but I don't like these new stainless steel pans. Everytime I have used them, food has stuck to the pan. I've followed the directions for using oil or butter, but still things stick. I will continue to purchase non-stick calphalon, but will not purchase any additional stainless pans.

When I looked at the ad it indicated the pans were safe in oven at any temperature. When the pans arrived, the instructions indicated they were safe up to 400. Although this was a little dissapointing, the pans cook beautifully.

Excellent pan for omelettes or othe small size dishes.
Cleans up super easy!

Good Pans, acceptable service. I use the small one almost every day.
