Non-stick by Calphalon, sure nice!

I had an older calphalon pan which I dearly loved, even though it was not non-stick. These make it easier to cook up quick meals! I tend to do some gourmet and experimental recipes. These pans take the work out of frying and sauteeing!! Love the easy cleanup and foods don't stick but carmelize nicely!!

Replaced Our Skillets

Had to use very little oil...which was one of the primary goals in buying these replacement pans. The nonstick had worn off of almost all our old skillets. Eggs and omelets just slid out of these pans. Handles have a good grip and that's important to me, as I have arthritis in my hands. Love 'em!
