Very nice pan that heats evenly and is easy to clean. Over resisted at 400 degrees makes this pan even more attractive. Got it at a nice sale price through Food Network. Worth every dollar.

This is a great pan. I got it to match my set, for my son to make his morning eggs on. We are very happy with this choice.

This is supposed to be an omelette pan but it's so much more and a perfect companion to the eight inch omelette pan I've been using for a very long time.

This product is all that I hoped it would be. Materials of construction allow for easy regulation of cooking temperature, and the shape of the pan is perfect for omelet prep--broad and shallow. Another winner from Calphalon.

This Omelette Pan is Fantastic! It not only functions as a great omelette pan, but it also works well for preparing many other dishes. Using the domed glass lid with the pan, recipes that need simmering come out absolutely wonderful! This pan is so great, I wish I would have purchased two of them!

My first pan - just like this one - was scratched up by a family member that did not understand the warnings to use plastic or wooded utensils! So the first one was retired to the camping box (it still works, just have to scrub off the spot on the bottom) and this is the replacement. If you haven't tried this pan for every day skillet use, you are missing out on even heating, almost oil-free cooking and easy cleanup!

I love the Calphalon pans I've purchased over the years. They last a long time, cook better than any other pan I' ve had and clean up is much easier, too. I'm always looking for sales on Calphalon to add to my cookware.

Love my two new fry pans. Their balance is very good and has even cooking. I am very pleased.

I used to think people were crazy for spending the extra money for the Calphalon products.....THEN I bought a couple and immediately fell in love with them !!! I do however buy them with very good sale prices,but, for someone who cooks alot, such as myself........WOW; they are great. I DO however prefer the dishwasher safe ones, but I still love this one anyway and use it often.

My new 12" Omelette Pan exceded my expectation. Easy to use, good weight, very good non-stick finish and very easy to clean.

I have always wanted a Calphalon pan; I shouldn't have waited! This pan is well made and the lid fits perfectly. Cleaning the pan is a breeze, too. I use it almost every day.

I actually bought the 8inch, this 12 inch, and the jumbo fryer...All came with lids, which you never get if buying in the local home stores. When I saw these all online, on sale, with free shipping, I finally had a great reason to throw out all my mismatched, crappy frying pans. I love them all! Easy to clean, great weight, and the jumbo has the opposing handle to carry. They heat evenly, and cooking with them is so much better. You won't know how horrible the pans you have are until you use these...love em...

Perfect pan . It's called an omelet pan, but I find it perfect for sauteeing!!
