The 8" pan You sent me is just amazing. I also have a 10" pan I got sometime ago also a small sauce pan. The see-thru lids are wonderful. They are amazing to work with and also to clean up. I never put high heat on them. I fry potatoes - never burn them, just a little brown. I also do not put much oil in the pans. Also, the pan should be a little cool before it is washed off. My utensils are special for them too. Thank you for coming out with such a versatile line of cookware. I love it. Marcia Bubrick

I was looking for a small nonstick pan that comes with its own lid. This pan fits those requirements exactly. I have used it a few times and it does work beautifully. Only time will tell how the nonstick coating works. Since the instructions state that you shouldn't put in the dishwasher, I am hoping that if I don't use the dishwasher, that the coating will stay nice. After looking on many sites, this pan was the least expensive with the best reviews.

I just received this pan and haven't used it yet, but I have a different size the same and just love it. Cooks evenly and food practically leaps out of the pan - no scraping.

This is a well-constructed and well-balanced pan that handles small jobs very well. It's great for single grilled sandwiches, home fries or mushrooms for one or two, and any dish that is better completed on low with the even heat of a cover.

Note: This pan was on sale for under $20. Because of the sale price and the fact that it has a cover, it was a good buy.

The non-stick is beautiful. The glass lid is convenient. The stay-cool handles are a blessing. It's perfectly sized to cook for 1 or 2.

Love the weight, handle and cooking ease...cleans up like a breeze...You won't find a pan of this quality, with a lid in any of the home retail stores for this price, believe me, I've looked!

This pan is ideal for our use for just two people. Should also work nice in a camper. It is great having the lid. Can't comment further on durability but know there is a good guarantee if it should ever be need.

This little skillet is just fabulous for one or two people. I cook meat, fry eggs, and make omelets. It even works well for pancakes or toasting a sandwich. The fact that it is well made and has a lid is a plus.

This pan is my favorite for making the kids breakfast, they especially love half-dollar pancakes and nothing sticks to this pan!

The quality of the pan is excellent, this is a great little pan that is positively worth the price. One of the things I love about this pan is that the lid has an insulated handle that does not get hot while cooking. Highly recommended.

I was so impressed with my first purchase that I purchased a duplicate pan for my mother in law. It's just the right size for a single serving.

Excellant skillet but the lid handle gets to hot.

I love this pan as well as the other Calphalon pans in my cupboard. I needed a pan a little larger and deeper than the 7" pan (also Calphalon) I already have and this one is perfect. I have only used it a couple of times but it's going to be my "go-to" pan for poaching eggs and making sauces. Thank you Calphalon!

I purchased this pan as a compliment to the 12pc set that did not come with this size pan. I use this pan almost daily while preparing breakfast. It's a neat pan to have in my arsenal.

I am very happy with the pan, especially since it's difficult to find one in this size with a lid. However, I would have preferred one without the nonstick coating.

I recently ordered the 8inch Nonstick Cdovered Omelette Pan. I needed one and when I saw the sale price I decided to get it. When it came I was vert pleased with the quality of the manufacturing of it. My husband loves to cook omelettes for Saturday breakfasts. He was extremely pleased with the performance of this pan.
