Simply Calphalon Easy System Nonstick Square Griddle (11-in.): Gray by Calphalon

It is very hard to find a griddle with sides that are over an inch tall with a smooth bottom. This is a great griddle!

This pan completely covers my gas stove's burner. I can cook a pound of bacon on it without difficulty or crowding. Great for searing full size fillets of fish or beef, and great for h'ordeuvres.

This pan is just what I was searching for to replace another 11 inch square pan that had served me well over the years. I was thrilled to find this one by Calphalon. The pan is a nice weight and appears that it will last a long time. So far I've only used it for bacon and eggs, but I know I will get a lot of use out of it for other dishes too.

This is deeper than a griddle which is exactly what I wanted. It's perfect for bacon & many other things. I wish square pans were more available.

Bottom warps while cooking on my ceramic cook top. I was only cooking at a 6 out of 9 heat range. When I dropped temperature to a 3 it flattened out. Everything cooked good at that temperature.
