The paring knives were difficult to use as they were too stiff and lacked flexibility when attempting to peel potatoes, apples, etc. Over all, I was shocked that they food network would offer such inferior products.

I've tried one of the knives and it was okay. The peeler didn't work at all and got thrown out. Maybe that's why it was free??!!

I had high expectations for these knives, but was disappointed. They're pretty but not very sharp- a key quality in a knife. I expected better from this knife maker. Plus, I got two knives and a peeler (also not anything to write home about)instead of three.

Love the knives and great for the price! I was hoping they would have come packaged differently. They are all in individual wrapped with plastic covers for the blades. I was expecting maybe a container or something to hold them in. Now they will be lost in my drawer. Overall, good value.
