This sheet was wider then the baking pans I also ordered. Hope it works if its not exactly flat!

I've only tried it once and it seemed to work fine. I think it is going to take a little getting used to: I'm used to slathering a cookie sheet with butter to get things to not stick. So far, Silpat is great.

So far, so good.

I bought two of these on recommendation from a food blog I love to follow. I have used them for cookies, biscuits and rolls, and for the rolls and some of the cookies it meant no greasing the pans -- and it worked great! I am not sure I have seen the full potential of them yet, but I am certainly not dissatisfied. I just haven't had them long enough to become a huge believer yet. I wish I knew of an easy way and place to store them well.

Cooking Tip From the Food Network Kitchens

MATS ONLY: Silicone mats are great for no-burn, no-stick baking. And what's best is that they're infinitely reusuable- unlike parchment paper- and make for easy cleanup.
