Absolutely the very best skillet for cooking a larger stove top meal. You can throw all your other skillets away for this 12-inch one. Holds the heat very well and I personally thinck it saves on energy because of the heat it holds. A must have for any type of cook!

Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law, she requested these pieces and will be thrilled to have to go with her full set of this same type. She and my son both cook, so will be fully enjoyed as a family.

although I like cast iron, this skillet heats evenly with the copper bottom. The nonstick inside holds up well and cleans easily with soap and warm water. The shorter handle takes up less room in the cabinet. I use it almost every day and they last 2 to 2 1/2 yrs. they are hard to find in retail stores. Buying from the Paula Deen Store was quick and easy.

First time using item.

Very good product, this is my second one I purchased, first one in 2009 and purchased this one due to the first one starting to stick in one side of it. Spraying with pam didn't help. Overall a very good pan.
