the customer service here is wonderful. its not their fault, but the product leaves much to be desired. it was all wrapped in bubble pack when it came, but not long after it was opened, the rooster fell off. I said well, okay, maybe I don't need the rooster,but the first book I put it in, the thing fell over. it wouldn't hold up the book and it wasn't an overly big book either. so I packaged it up to go back. I was asked would I like a replacement and i said no thank. Just a refund please. I would not recommend. the scroll part in the front got in way of the page anyway..

This holder is very cheesy and not good quality. I was very disappointed and surprised.

I find that it keeps wanting to clasp everytime I move it around. Maybe I just need more room on my counter. I thought the rooster on the top was broken when I opened the box because it was bent. It seems delicate.

For the price it is fine, but I think I will order something more stable next time.

It doesn't hold the thicker cookbooks and that's what I needed. It is nice and sturdy.

This was a nice cookbook stand that will really come into use. I do think that it was worth the money that I spent on it. Looks nice in the kitchen also. would recommend this product to someone. But, again, the shipping was very slow.
