The product is fine and as expected. However, I didn't think about it being cast iron before ordering it, and nothing was mentioned in the ordering area indicated that it should not be used on a glass top stove. Had to return it.

It cracked the first time I used it. Now I have to decide to try another on or just get my money back.

Awesome single burner reversible grill/griddle - perfect for cooking for 2 as most burner grills are for 2 burners. Highly recommend this product

It had instructions on what to do with it before you use it. It works great to cook pancakes and steaks.

I used this the evening I got it to make steaks. It was amazing, it cooked fast and evenly. Great product for the price.

what an excellent grill/griddle bakes biscutes perfectly seasoned to perfection i did have to add a little oil when i cooked a streak on it but all i can say is wow it's awsome

This is perfect for a one burner skillet. The weight is just what you'd want for a cast iron skillet -- plus it's reversable for either grilling or doing pancakes. Veratile and very useful for indoor grilling.

works great. I love the size - just right for big or small amounts. replaces thress of my other cast iron pans.

I purchased this because I wanted a grill and griddle that would only take up a single burner on my stove, since I am usually cooking for only myself or one other.<br>The large handles are nice, because you can move the hot griddle with pot holders and still feel confident that you have a good grip. However, I find that those same large handles also limit the placement options on the stove-top, without bumping into the adjacent burner, or the raised lip of the side of the stove top, so that I can keep the griddle flat on the burner.

great size and weight, slight defects in casting, needs additional treatments to truly be non-stick.

I used this pan the first time with thin pork chops. great grill marks and very flavorful. I used a grill press to keep everything flat for more even cooking.

A little heavier than I thought, but looking forward to making talapia on it.

I used the griddle side to prepare Fajitas in my oven and loved it because it is just the right size for me to work with. I have severe Arthritis and found this one so much easier to handle than the larger ones.

I haven't used the grill/griddle yet but I am pretty sure I am going to LOVE it!!!! How CRAZY that this quality cooking instrument was only $5 more than those crazy little Bubble & Brown singles. It seems that Paula Deen isn't money hungry. I think she remembers that she once had to scrimp and save every little penny like so many of us still have to do.

BUY THIS PRODUCT. Everyone knows that you can't go wrong with cast iron. Plus, this comes pre-seasoned. The grill is awesome, the griddle makes GREAT pancakes. I literally took this out of the box, wiped it off with warm water, let dry and grilled two ribeyes. This is the Christmas gifts of all Christmas gifts that I have ever purchased for MYSELF!

There's a small flaw in the surface of the smooth side, but it doesn't affect the performance of the griddle. My husband is the pancake and French Toast chef in our household and he just loves it!

I bought this with breakfast in mind, but actually use the grill side more. It's perfect for paninis and for grilling skirt steak. It's also great for pancakes.

I have a cast iron Dutch oven and skillet, and I love both of them, so I was sure I would love a grill as well. The helper handles are what make this grill/griddle easy to use, dut to the weight of cast iron. Does a great job with biscuits, meat, or anything.
