For baking sheet cakes like those for special occasions and gatherings, this Sheet Cake Pan by Doughmakers will help you achieve perfect results. Designed by three sisters, Doughmakers bakeware offers good old-fashioned quality, starting with a heavy gauge of solid aluminum. Each pan surface features an Original Pebble Pattern that is not a coating but a texture that's embossed right into the pan, which offers the benefits of nonstick without a chance of peeling. It also holds grease and flour better and allows air to circulate properly for even baking. Sheet cake pan
by Diane, FL

This is more a really nice cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. By no means are the sides high enough to bake a sheet cake unless you intend to do several layers. I wish I knew about Doughmakers when I was first married. I have, over the years, bought many, many, cookie sheets and cake pans and none can compare to the quality and cooking abilities of the Doughmakers pans. As long as you follow the manufacturers instructions, your pans will be sparkling new looking for a long time. Nothing cooks as nicely.
Buy them now before you waste your money on pans you will end up throwing away.

I love the doughmakers line of bakeware. I already own a doughmakers cookie sheet so I knew that the sheet pan would be of high quality. This sheet cake pan replaced a "nonstick" pan that had lost its coating and I haven't looked back since. I use it primarily for making roasted vegetables, pizza, and focaccia, and for cooling steamed vegetables, potatoes, and roasts. It's easy to clean and reliable to use.

The Doughmakers cake pan are by far the best baking pans I have ever used. I have had no problems with removing cakes from these pans and they heat evenly so the cake cooks the same all over. Clean up is a breeze. I am throughly please with the Doughmakers product.

From sheet cakes to garlic toast, this pan wins. It heats so evenly, it defies the laws of physics. Whether a quarter sheet or full, the culinary concoction created will definitely deliver.
