Being single and not familiar with crockpots, I found this book to be very helpful in selecting my slow cooker and learning how to use it. My first use of it was preparing a dish for a family reunion and it came out great! I received several comments and one request for the recipe. That's not bad for a single old man.
This cook-book is just as I expected it too be TOTALLY AWESOME! I have sever of Sandra Lee's books and have never been disappointed. Just lovely all around.
Too few recipes and should have had more "real family dishes" to those of us that are every day people.
I LOVE THE COOKBOOKS THEY ARE GREAT AND WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE. THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS I COULDN'T SEE ANY OF THE RECEIPES BEFORE I GOT THE BOOKS STILL THE BEST BOOKS EVER
