This is a great cookbook. It has a variety of recipes with flavors from different parts of the world. There are also recipes for side dishes and desserts.

Great Grilling ideas

Even though I haven't had a chance to use the recipes, I have read several of them and have gotten a lot of great ideas. Can't wait until the weather clears up and I can start grilling.

Sandra is excellent at giving detail with options. She does keep in mind a budget and that not everyone has or can have the best of the tools available. Her direction is clear and the extra tips provided are clever.
